Following a successful career as a headhunter placing top talent within mid-size to large corporations, Jaide began her coaching journey.  She holds multiple certifications in coaching from New York University and Rutgers University,  is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) with the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches. She received her Bachelors of Music from the University of Miami.

Jaide's belief is that everyone is capable of helping themselves, however, people need a greater sense of self awareness to do so.   In light of that, Jaide is a licensed practitioner of the Global DISC Assessment which measures both individual and team self awareness to leverage strengths, increase communication and emotional safety, collaborate effectively, activate emotional intelligence to ultimately achieve success.

 

Jaide is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and a professionally trained musician who loves to sing and play piano.
